Dashboard KPIs
How headline metrics in the KPI strip are defined, how they drive the chart, and when comparisons appear.
The KPI strip summarizes traffic for the selected time range and filters. Click a KPI to make it the metric shown in the main traffic chart.
Metrics
| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Visitors | Unique anonymous visitor keys for the selected range. |
| Visits | Session-like groups based on activity. |
| Views | Pageviews. |
| Bounce rate | Share of visits with only one pageview. |
| Session time | Average time between first and last pageview within a visit. |
Period comparisons
When the selected range supports a clear comparison window, Kobbe can show KPI deltas against the previous period, previous week, previous month, previous quarter, previous year, or a custom comparison range. The same comparison also appears as a dashed line on the main overview chart.
Use No comparison when you want to inspect the current range without deltas. All-time ranges do not show comparison hints because there is no clear previous window.
