Team access
Invite teammates to view one project dashboard without giving them settings access.
Invite teammates as read-only dashboard viewers for one project. They cannot change sites, billing, exports, tokens, exclusions, or workspace settings.

Invite a teammate
- Sign in as the workspace owner.
- Open the project dashboard.
- Select Team in the project sidebar.
- Enter the teammate’s email address.
- Select Send invite.
Kobbe sends the teammate an invitation email. The invite link expires after 7 days.
Accept an invitation
The invited teammate should open the invitation email and select Accept invitation. They must sign in or create an account using the same email address that received the invite.
After accepting, they can open Kobbe and view only the project dashboard they were invited to.
What team members can do
Team members can:
- View the project dashboard they were invited to.
- Use their own login instead of a public shared link.
- Leave the workspace themselves.
Team members cannot:
- Create, edit, delete, or reset sites.
- View dashboards for other projects in the workspace.
- Change tracker tokens, exclusions, or public dashboard links.
- Export analytics data.
- Manage billing, agent access, or other team members.
- Change workspace settings.
Manage members
Workspace owners can return to Team in the project sidebar to revoke pending invitations or remove existing project dashboard viewers.
If a teammate no longer needs access, they can leave the workspace from the same Team settings page without asking the owner to remove them.
